I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time since it is nearby, and it definitely lived up to my expectations! The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and it was beautifully presented. We tried the Purple Rain with smashed avocado, which was flavorful, and the Zouz Burger. The only downside was that the chips that came with the burger were soft and lacked seasoning. I will definitely return to try their new dinner menu.
However, there were a few negatives. The restaurant is quite spacious and it was unclear whether we should grab a menu and find a table or wait to be seated. This was confusing and made us feel like we were bothering the staff at the counter. Additionally, the pancakes were a bit too sweet due to the syrup and vanilla ice cream, and there were grapes between the pancakes, which I personally did not prefer.
I had the Granola and my cousin had the pancakes and they were both absolutely amazing!!The granola was very light and felt naughty but was very nice.The Pancakes were light and fluffy and coupled with an amazing panna cotta. But there may have been one too many.Both meals were as vibrant as the cafe and staff were lovely!Will definately be returning!! :
I ordered the pulled pork quesadillas and it was the best decision ever! The food portion was great and it tasted so good, food came quickly and the iced chai was refreshing on a 40° day. I was catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in a year. Zouz Cafe had new owners since i last had lunch there. The food is great, as are the wines. Customer service was outstanding. Yes, I have used many superlatives, but they are well deserved.
Pancakes were delicious packed with flavour and definitely value for money as this dish was massive. <br/ <br/ Chicken salad was also good, chicken was slightly over cooked but overall the dish was very enjoyable. <br/ <br/
The staff are super friendly and nice. There are heaps to choose from the menu too. They are preparing for ab outdoor barbecue. Really recommend you to come and try !
