also 3 - 4 mal im jahr sind wir in luthern, das leider etwas abseits der straße liegt und dann ist die sonne unser heimat. Seit Jahren wird man vom Achermann super gekocht und serviert. Was auf den Teller kommt, sieht immer sehr schön aus und schmeckt hervorragend. Der Service von Chefin lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Weinkarte ist zwar nicht riesig, bietet aber für jeden etwas und nur für menschenwürdige Ausflüge. Wir können die Sonne nur empfehlen.
luthern is located off the traffic flows. and because of the gas house to the sun it is worth looking and visiting luthern. for years, josef and pia achermann offer a high-end kitchen with friendly and competent service. we were here more often and were always allowed to enjoy a qualitatiw of perfect kitchen. what comes on the teller is always very beautifully dressed and qualitatiw high standing. also the wine card is highly recommended.
a detour to luthern that is absolutely worth it. the reception in the restaurant sun was warm and the local is very cozy. we assen in the säli in the rear part of the gas room. the kitchen is excelent and every france worth. the various passages were thoroughly boiled and eating an absolute enrichment of the palate. the service is very attentive and you feel the family management of the operation. just wonderful. unresolved.
the guest is warmly welcomed with a friendly smile. the foods are excellently dressed and served on beautifully decorated plates/plates.Fleish and ingredients are mostly from the region and the "grüessli from the kitchen" - a dream. the small sweets served to espresso after eating are from the in-house kitchen.Luthern and the magnificent rural environment are a secret type for hikers and more enjoyable. the restaurant sonne in the middle of the village luthern (my native) convinces by the friendly staff and personal care by the passionate chefin. eating is very good. the cozy mood invites you to stay during the beautiful weather. Price/performance is ok, even if it is in the upper middle class price segment.
