"I booked this for my husband's 30th as a surprise but emailed to let the restaurant know. I was disappointed that nothing was done for him (didn't even say happy birthday). We had the 7 course tasting menu which was high quality and very good. The bar staff in the hotel were more friendly than in the restaurant."
