"To top it off, our dessert was accompanied by cold coffee, which made it hard to want to return. Although we were offered a fresh cup of coffee, who wants to wait when the dessert has already arrived? It’s essential for the servers to be trained and genuinely interested in enhancing the dining experience; I’ve never seen the same server twice, which contributes to the inconsistency.
That said, the food itself was very good, so there is potential for improvement. We're disappointed but hopeful for better service in the future. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect well in the tip."
