"I don't even know where to start. The food arrived in a complete mess! The bean sauce was spilling out of the container, and the bag was soaked with sauces. The boxes were barely closed, and the food inside looked unappetizing—like they just scooped a bit of everything and tossed it together. When I called to complain, the customer service was rude and blamed the delivery driver, even though the restaurant is just a block away from my business. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager or the owner. According to their menu, delivery is supposed to be free, but I was charged. They also don't honor their coupon promotions, which was frustrating. They claim you only pay for what you eat, but it was overpriced, and the quality was worse than McDonald's. As a business owner myself, I will never order from here again, and I urge my employees to stay away as well. Good luck to anyone who decides to try it."
