Terrible experience! I ordered a veggie sandwich and paid extra for jalapeños and avocados in the sandwich. When I went back to the deli after paying for it, I asked for a couple more jalapanos as I saw she put 3/4 on one side. She then tells me to pay more for it. I asked her if she can, put in a couple more. She then does and proceeds to hand me the sandwich and starts yelling at me that ?did you know quick check is free? Everything is free. Next time don?t even pay for bread, we?ll just hand it to you. You think you?re so entitled in life?. I did pay for it. Fantastic spot! I've been there multiple times, and there's always a warm greeting, whether it's a "Hello!" or "Hey, how are you?" It's great to see how they remember most customers by name! The place is clean, and I love the music selection—they always play great tunes. It's impressive how they assist even those who aren't making a purchase. Once, while I was checking out, a kid asked if he could charge his phone, and they let him do it. The staff even lent him their charger! That's truly amazing! I highly recommend it!
The manager on duty today at 1:35 PM displayed very poor customer service. I attempted to use the self-checkout machine but needed authorization to remove an item, so I kindly asked for assistance. He responded by telling me to wait in line because he was busy on the phone. I explained that I wanted to use the self-checkout since the woman at the cash register had a line of six people. He ignored me and went into the office, closing the door behind him. This manager could benefit from better training.
Great place! I'm here several times and it's always a hello! How are you? That's big and they seem to remember most people going there, calling them with names!! Clean space and love the music selection always play great melodies. Amazing how they help random people even if they don't buy anything. Once I checked out a child, he asked if he could charge his phone and they actually left him, the girl even gave him her charger, that's Awesome!! Definitely recommend!

The manager on duty at 1:35 today demonstrated poor customer service. When I needed permission to remove an item from the self-service kiosk, I politely asked for help, but he told me to wait in line because he was on the phone. I explained that I wanted to use the kiosk since the cashier was busy with a line of six people, but he ignored me and went into the office, closing the door behind him. Clearly, this manager could benefit from improved training.
Went here for a sandwich and a couple snacks around 11pm. I asked if I could use the restroom but was told that it was out of order. Strange ? I just seen a QuickCheck employee exit from said bathroom fixing her belt. ???? I?m a paying customer buying food and drinks who has to use the bathroom. Maybe QuickCheck should consider allowing their customers to use the bathroom since they sell food and drink smh. Ridiculous.
This was my first visit in years, and I found that there were no bags available for customers to use. I had to go next door to CVS, where a kind lady helped me by providing two large paper bags. It's essential for a store to have bags for their customers! I hope the manager or owner takes note of this issue, as it's not a great aspect of customer service. On a positive note, the staff were consistently polite.
Quickchek is decent overall, but the area near the coffee machines at the back of the store has a terrible smell, like sewer or something sour. The self-checkout machine doesn’t always print a receipt, and with only one person working the register, service isn’t always fast—sometimes you end up waiting a long time. The menu offers good options, but the experience could be improved.

The night shift employee behind the counter is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. Its absurd that he can be employed in a field that requires patience and respect to the daily customers of this business. I will never shop at this location again, considering I spend close to $300-500 every month at quick check.
