"I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience today. A staff member named Mario served me and handed me my requested drink without ice, placing it in my cup holder. While I waited for my food, he returned a couple of minutes later to let me know there had been a mistake—the drink he gave me actually had ice in it. He promptly provided me with the corrected drink. Honestly, I hadn’t even noticed until he mentioned it. This kind of honesty is rare; at other places, staff often don’t bring it up, and I only find out when I get home. Mario was not only straightforward but also very friendly. As a training manager for another company, I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding customer service I received at this location. It's these small details that encourage customers to return.
