This JJ Bakery and Cafe is truly fantastic, offering a wide array of delicious traditional Taiwanese dishes! The menu presents numerous food options, and the selection of breads is quite diverse. I had the beef noodle soup, spicy cucumber salad, and scallion egg roll, all of which were excellent and reasonably priced. They also serve traditional Taiwanese soymilk, which is rare to find and definitely worth trying. If you only choose one item to purchase here, I highly recommend the bento boxes—they're delicious and well worth the price.

Not really a fan of the food/Cafe.To me, JJ does bakery items better than food. The food is mediocre at best (I hate chili oil in my beef noodles definitely not authentic or at least put it aside and let the customer choose if they want chili oil or not) and tastes rough . Something is just lacking.Love the vibe of the place. It 's big and divided into three parts. Indoor dining area, bakery and open kitchen where you could see the food being made. Love the open feeling.

The pan-fried buns are actually steamed buns that have been fried, not true pan-fried buns. The meat and egg toast tasted like it was leftover from the previous day; the meat and eggs were cold, making it quite unappetizing. The radish cake with green onions and eggs was decent, but the fried eggs were too thin and the radish cake was cut too thick. The rice balls were the only item that really tasted good. This is one of the most authentic Taiwanese restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area. They offer a wide variety of dishes, including minced pork rice, rice noodle soup, pork chop rice, beef noodle soup, popcorn chicken, and tofu pudding, among others. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. If you're craving Taiwanese cuisine, this is a must-visit spot!

I stopped by for supercharging and discovered this gem of a spot. The egg tart has become my favorite! It's incredibly buttery and wonderfully flaky. Just a heads up—be careful when eating it in your car!
