"The restaurant and bar underwent renovations with workers working above customers until midnight on June 28th. We complained to management and were told they were trying to finish the work on time. There was no respect for guests and no concern for health and safety. Customers should have been given hard hats. The Novotel management only seems to care about making money and forgets that customers pay their wages. Overall, a rating of 1 out of 10."
