It's challenging to leave a review, because the food tastes good, but they messed up the order in such a way you'd think they did it on purpose. 5 items ordered, 5 items made completely wrong. And it was all simple stuff. The egg and cheese came on a roll and with bacon, instead of a bagel and there was never bacon ordered. The bacon egg and cheese that was ordered on a roll came with no bacon but did have the mustard ordered for it, the everything bagel with cream cheese had butter and no cream cheese, the omelet wrap had no SPK and came with the wrong side, and the avocado toast was made with the wrong eggs. It's almost impressive how badly they messed up this order. Oh and it was 20 minut...
I tried to place an order for a platter the day prior and was told to order in the morning. I called back the next morning, she did not take the order correctly and I gave up and just ordered a dozen bagels. I said no rush that I won't be in for a hour or two. Got there to pick it up and they couldn't find the order. She had my name wrong, which wasn't even close. When I got to the office the bagels were hard. I stopped going there a few months ago but thought I would try them again but that would be a no going forward.
I had hoped that this would be the place to pick up breakfast before work. I specifically asked for ww everything bagel, the guy checked and said we have one left. I get to work, not whole wheat... checked the receipt which you get after paying for it, says everything, not ww everything. Very disappointing that they can't get a simple order correct and even forgot to give the side salad.
I dine at this restaurant multiple times a month due to their consistently high-quality food. However, I've noticed that they tend to make errors with orders during busy times and may change ingredients without notifying you, which has happened to me on several occasions. Because of this, I recommend that you always double-check your order when placing a takeout.

Pretty good food and service. Although it looked newly constructed, the bathroom was in poor condition and trash was all over right in front of the storefront. Being that I'm in hospitality industry, those are two indicators that question the cleanliness of the kitchen in my books. I would go back bc I did enjoy the ambiance, if those issues were addressed
After checking out online reviews, I decided to try this place for an early breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs on an everything bagel along with a cup of coffee. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite to eat.
The bagels at this restaurant are nothing special and quite small. When stacked against nearby competitors, they lack in both quality and pricing. Additionally, the restaurant feels very disorganized, and the ordering process is not user-friendly. It seems that hiring more staff could really improve the situation.
This is the second time I've placed an order, and once again, it was wrong. The staff member taking the orders is not very attentive. I paid for veggie cream cheese but received regular cream cheese instead. I wish I had the time to return it for a refund. It's quite frustrating.

This is my go-to spot for a bagel and iced coffee. The bagels are truly the best I've ever tasted—super soft, delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it!
