Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Had a great view with live music. I can honestly say that I had the best customer service that I’ve had in my life. Dean was absolutely phenomenal professional, attentive, and even brought a rose to the table being it was valentine’s Day. Definitely a great ambience because of the amazing customer service and overall experience of ambience and view will definitely be returning highly suggest.
Treated like royalty from the valet, through all of dinner and back out again. Never had a better fillet which was cooked just like I prefer (very rare [blue] . Some places will not do that. Flowers I delivered earlier in the day waiting at the table when seated, even though we were early and created the surprise I wanted for my guest. High end sure, but wasn't a killer to the wallet like I thought it could be.
I love the Ritz Carlton and go often. Only thing with the Laguna Niguel location including RAYA is that it’s always cold. I realize it’s an open air concept and there are many doors and windows, but turning up the heat will help and let diners take their coats off.

Love enjoying tea at raya. Servers are always so friendly and knowledgeable about the teas. Little sandwiches are always decent and the desserts are amazing. Can’t beat the view.
Celebrated my wife’s birthday and Valentine’s day. Our server, Dean, took great care of us and the live entertainment by Dave Damiani added to our dining experience.
