A Sunday afternoon arrived at 5 pm and waited for 10 minutes for a table that was not bad at all. Our server was very friendly and attentive and offered us great suggestions for food as my partner was not yet in a cheesecake factory. Service was a little slow, but I can't mistake the waiter or kitchen staff because it was obviously a busy weekend. We finished the order Crispy Fried Cheese (based Mozzarella Sticks up to 10), Crispy Chicken Costoletta and the factory Meatloaf. The portions are huge for the price (the pictures do not do food justice, I'm sorry) and I couldn't even finish my dish! Would definitely come back here if only to try more things from the menu, it is a very extensive!
The service is consistently quick, even on slower days. The food was tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. The fried calamari and sauce were fresh, but there was an excessive amount of oil; they could have used an air fryer for a minute to reduce it. The bread and butter were incredibly addictive! I encountered some issues when trying to pay with a gift card and a holiday bonus card, so I recommend reminding the server to use the bonus card first, as it seemed they weren't thoroughly trained on this. On the plus side, the restroom was well-stocked with paper towels, which was a good touch.
We were seated quickly, and our server Nick was very patient as I took my time to go through the menu. He also provided excellent recommendations. The Caesar Salad was outstanding. My only criticism is that the menu felt a bit overwhelming due to the variety of options. I suggest scaling it back a little. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to trying more dishes in the future.
