We stopped by the restaurant on Saturday at 10:30 pm, not because we were hungry, but because we were in the area and I had been wanting to try it for a while. Despite the late hour, there were still many people dining there, which must mean something good about the place. Orders took about 15 minutes, so it's recommended to pre-order if possible. If we hadn't eaten lunch just two hours earlier, my husband and I would have ordered much more. Instead, we shared the Joju-Fries – JoJus Banh Mi inspired fries with spicy mayo, spicy green sauce, pickled daikon carrots, fresh cilantro, and the classic JoJu Banh Mi with Vietnamese ham, headcheese, pâté spread, and BBQ pork. The service at this restaurant is excellent, with quick preparation of the food and friendly staff. I particularly enjoy their regular fries, especially when they are extra crispy. I usually order the vegetarian ginger beef with half cabbage and half rice, omitting the kimchi and house sauce. The ginger beef is flavorful, the dish tastes fresh, and it is very filling. The vegetarian ham banh mi is also good, especially when spicy with sriracha and jalapeños. Although they don't have vegan mayo yet, I would recommend adding it if available. My friend and I went to a whim, so delicious! Extremely fresh and the service was impeccable. We divided the pig belly mi. Bread was crunchy, but fresh and soft on the inside, pig belly was made perfect without boiled over. All right! Next I want to try everything else, the menu was simple, but perfect.
We are always impressed by this restaurant and it is our favorite place to get takeout. The #5B Vietnamese Caramel Pork Bowl is a household favorite and is absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are generous, I can usually make two meals out of it.

One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants, I always suggest it to my friends. I especially love their bowls, but the Plain Fries are also deliciously crispy, which I enjoy.
Consistently tasty food here! Love love the kimchi fries! Banh mi is packed with stuff It is a bit pricey. Also, the bread of the banh mi is too thick and not crispy.
