The best Mexican restaurant in Sacramento! The portions are generous, and the food is exceptional! The Side Chile Relleno was fantastic—perfectly battered and stuffed with cheese. The carnitas nachos were loaded with large, delicious pieces of carnitas, and the chips were crispy and flavorful. For the main course, I had the Chile Colorado, which featured tender chunks of pork in a delicious red sauce—simply excellent! And for dessert, the flan was the best my husband has ever had. I was amazed by how good everything tasted and how well our food was packaged for delivery. The delivery was quick and hassle-free, so a big thank you to our Door Dash delivery driver!
Charming and vibrant, this restaurant is nestled within a city street. The food was not only delicious but also served quickly, with generous portions that left me satisfied. The waitstaff were both friendly and efficient. The complimentary chips and salsa were excellent as well. I'm pleased I discovered this gem and will definitely seek out a chance to come back.
The guacamole was fantastic, with the cilantro adding a unique touch. The Carne al Pastor nacho plate was so delicious that the three of us indulged in it along with the guacamole, leaving us with plenty of leftovers from our chicken fajita, carnitas, and carne asada dinners. Great job! I’d also like to give a special shout-out to DoorDash for their service.
I visited the sister restaurant on K Street and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff was outstanding. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. Must make this a destination in East Sacramento. The food and drinks are prepared is perfection. The chicken and pork are tender and seasoned appropriately. Chile Verde is tomatillo and jalapeno and delicious. Portions are generous. Modelo on tap!
The meals were delicious! Everything was hot, fresh and flavorful. The Chile Relleno Beef Crispy Taco was perfect. The Chile was cooked just right filled with cheese and the shell of taco was crispy without being greasy beef was juicy and tender.
