I visited this location because of all the great reviews. I will start by saying the food was amazing. I have no complaints about the food. However, being the only black family in the restraunt at the time, I could not help but notice the level of service we were provided. It took over 15 minutes after being seated just get a drink order in. Our waiter never stopped by after the food was delivered to check in or refill or beverages. We finished our meal and waited easily over 20 minutes just to get our check. Our waiter spent his time talking to coworkers and attending to the tables around us. The Jalapeno Poppers were very delicious, and their dipping sauce (like a honey mustard? complimented them very well. The Pollo Fundido was tender, moist, well seasoned, and accompanied by plenty of veggies. The beans were a little salty for our palate but went well with their softer rice. It was also nice that the to go order came with a bag of chips and fresh salsa. I would definitely order the Jalapenos Poppers again! No issues with service, and the order was right on time, thank you!
The prices here are excessively high. The server was so hurried that it made for an uncomfortable experience. When they skip the pleasantries and rush to the table just to ask what we want, it sets a negative tone for the meal. Unfortunately, I had two hungry kids with me, or I would have left. The queso was disappointing—tasteless and watery, like cheap cheese. Additionally, the shredded beef burrito was dry and lacked flavor. Overall, the service was terrible.
Food was too expensive for the portion given, not to say it wasnt good, because it had good flavor. Got a mixed fajitas for more than $30. There was more bell peppers and onions than meat. There was enough meat to feed my 4 year old son. If you want great portions for decent prices, go to Parker to Casita or los Volcanes, one mixed fajitas there fed myself and 2 older hungry kids with leftovers.

The taste of the food is good but it could improve a lot since it is a Mexican restaurant the flavor falls short. I asked for a mushroom sauce and it came dry and tasteless. I had to add lemon and salt to make it look like it really is. The person who served us lost interest in serving us when we spoke to him in Spanish. Very bad since it is a Mexican restaurant.
I like the food but the place is way overpriced. $6.25 for a tall beer, BW Wings is $4.50. Update 2/2024. Pricing is getting worse and still going up. Many places are starting to reduce prices. Not this place. Now 9.20 for a beer! Like an airport. That is up 36% since Covid. Far beyond Biden-flation. Greedy.
Haven't been to a 3 Margaritas in years. Brought the family in for dinner and will definitely be coming back again. The food was very good. Joel, our server was amazing. Can't wait to come back again.
Nothing like a yummy horchata on a hot summer day. Lunch was fresh and came out hot. Ivory was really nice and helpful. We sat at a table that had a view of SouthShore.

Service is always great. Food is always good. Would recommend the Cadillac Margarita to start, any of the enchiladas plates.
