Spent 5 days at the Carlton Cannes booking 2 rooms for my mother and I. There were some aspects of our stay we enjoyed but others not so much. To start, when you are paying +1k USD a night (for each room) you would expect the basics such as a perfectly working AC... especially given its July. Every morning we woke up hot and sweaty... the AC was incredibly weak. I had the maintenance come who said they fixed it which was not the case.. I see now in the reviews that this is a common problem in the rooms. Other items we were not a huge fan of was the pricing on all miscellaneous items. We've always loved the place of Carlton's friends. We'll probably get back together. The hotel is majestic and everything is there for you to spend a memorable stay in Cannes. Magnifique! Stayed for 7 days and everything was amazing. The service, the hotel, the attention the detail was impeccable. Daily breakfast was delicious and fresh. Centrally located and the beach club was also great. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Cannes

the custmor service is excellent, one of the best beach clubs I have ever seen. eating is delicious and a bi expensive. it deserves a visit.
