Letzte Nacht war ich mit sechs Kollegen im Restaurant 57° Grill. Ich hatte ein Ribeye, das ganz gut war, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Dazu gab es verschiedene Saucen, unter anderem die Pfeffersauce, auf die ich immer warte. Allerdings sollte man vorsichtig sein, denn die Rechnung ist ziemlich hoch – das Essen ist sehr teuer. Für das Ribeye und die Pommes zahlt man über 75 CHF. Mit Alkohol und Dessert kann man mit etwa 120 Euro pro Person rechnen. Die Lage direkt am See ist schön, mit einem tollen Panoramablick, und das Wetter war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Der Service war sehr gut. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich dort nochmal zum Abendessen hingehen werde.

Große Enttäuschung bezüglich des Fleisches im 57° Grill. Die Sauce ist im Preis inbegriffen, zusammen mit einem Salat, aber jegliche Beilagen werden extra berechnet. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber nur mäßig professionell. Wir hatten während des Essens auch Wein bestellt, und dazu kam noch, dass sie den falschen Wein servierten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Sie haben Glück, dass Touristen kommen, aber als „Einheimischer“ werde ich nicht wiederkommen. Gourmet and varied cuisine, top-notch meats cooked on the grill, lots of choice for accompaniments and sauces, special mention for the XL size burger! Plenty of table space, refined decoration, impeccable and efficient discreet service, fair prices for the place. Breathtaking view of the lake.

Leckeres Fleisch und der Burger war unglaublich. Fantastische Rippchen und eine großartige Weinauswahl. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und modern, elegant und romantisch. Wunderschöne Aussichten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sollte aber auf diesem Niveau noch aufmerksamer sein.

Schöne Lage, besonders wenn die Terrasse zur Verfügung steht. Qualität der Lebensmittel ist gut, Präsentation könnte etwas besser sein. Der Service war nicht aufmerksam (wie wir sie mehrmals für mehr Getränke usw. anrufen mussten, aber Freundlichkeit war kein Problem.
