We were staying at the hotel but booked the restaurant through the Fork long ahead. We arrived early but were given perhaps the worst table in the restaurant, which we didn't realize until it got busy. As time went by, many other hotel guests were...escorted in front of us into the main dining room. The terrible table certainly affected our experience. I think we also had the worst server. We ordered the most expensive dish on the menu, and it was good. The layout and process make it very difficult for the servers. I would suggest having one person bring out the food to the other servers and perhaps use electronic devices to pass the orders to the kitchen. There were a lot of near collisions...
The atmosphere in La Winstub was refreshingly laid back. The staff were professional and attentive. Food was as good as anywhere. So certainly no major complaints. However, my snails had (I think) been left too long in the oven they were a little dry....Just a minor grumble but one that reduced a five star review to a four star review.
A renewed and comforting experience: some excellent things in life can even get better ! Rooted in the great Alsacian tradition of gastronomy, this place converts a meal into an exceptional experience, long to be remembered. Let's hope Monsieur Nasti (and his team) keep going like this.
We had a lovely dinner. The food was absolutely wonderful and the chef came out during the meal to say hello to everyone. The service was fantastic. Very memorable experience!

I understand why the chef get the stars. Service is world class , food and wines are from the region and amazing taste. Bravo chef and team!
This is good for a standard aussie brunch. Nothing overly special or unexpected, but great at what they do. Cute environment, too!
We had a nice dinner in a nice setting in a lovely village. Service was also great. I highly recommend this venue!
