After many times I have eaten there. I went with my partner and my son today at noon and the first dish we ordered was a hair's worth. With that incident, my partner lost his hunger and we kindly asked the manager that I would continue eating without a problem and that he would take out what was left. from my menu, but please remove my partner's menu since he is not going to continue eating because he was disgusted by finding a hair while he was eating his food. I am a customer of this restaurant and it is a pass. They have just introduced an anticrisis menu consisting of eleven entrances and main dish. From the entrance you can ask for everything you want and repeat. the Iberian ham to the very good cut, the exquisite lacon, good cheese. as a main dish you have chochinillo, chuleton to stone, cod or gold. highly recommended. price with azpilicueta aged about 30€ per head. repeat

very nice and well served local, possibly one of the best valence, perhaps lacks variety of meats the sausages very well and cite a pass, of course to repeat from time to time
