I ordered a jasmine milk tea with light sweetness and light ice, but it turned out to be very sweet. Despite this, the tea flavor was strong, which I enjoyed. I have noticed a trend in boba places making their drinks overly sugary, which I find disappointing. I suspect that the milk teas may be sweeter than other options, but I will update this review after trying a non-milk tea.
In terms of dietary restrictions, this place is good for those who are lactose-free but not suitable for diabetics or individuals trying to reduce their sugar intake. Parking is limited, but there is ample space inside for wheelchair accessibility.
I went around 830/45am so was able to snag a parking spot fairly easily, as there were 5 open upon my arrival. Unfortunately, the boba was not ready. So I still got my tea but it’s just not the same without the boba. It was good, but my experience was lessened a bit by it. Was visiting area.
I have experienced some places where I order online and when I arrive, my food is not ready or they have just started preparing it. However, this is not the case here. The drinks are always ready and perfect, the service is excellent, and the staff is great. Thank you.
Reviews on this page are fake because this place was not even her here at this location 4 years ago! It was a Walgreens drive through. No one needs a bldg that sells only Tea, and to call it a Cafe is a huge overstatement. It's not a cafe. I'd rather go to Starbucks.

I love 7Leaves! It always smells so good in the store! Service was fast, the Vietnamese coffee here is legit. Not as strong as other places, but it's good for the price point. There's also a variety of other drinks on the menu, all are very tasty!
I can't recall her name, but when I walked into the restaurant not knowing what crystal boba was, she helped me understand and I ended up trying it. She was very helpful and I recommend trying the house coffee.
