One of the Night shift worker older gentleman is very kind and does his best, I come here almost nightly, it 's very clean and everything is in the right spot, however like others said they often close around midnight to 4pm for cleaning and quite often the younger workers are just not doing anything and are closed for longer then the time posted, I don 't see why it takes 4 hours to clean a 7-11,
Ordered some food as I always do. Got my potato wedges to find out the 711 in mission is selling non 711 potato wedges. Instead of saying were sold out they bought some cheap nasty wet and soggy round potatoes from god knows where and is pushing them on customers. Nothing like lying to the consumer and ripping them off I bet 711 Canada is going to love this.
Worked there for a week once, had to quit, Employees are denied lawful employment standards, on other instances the owner doesn't provide proper training for employees befor puting them in solo shifts, They have consistent issues authorizing pre pay cards and don't know how to refund the pre pay cards they failed to authorize at purchase.
I bought two bags of chips for $6. I tapped my card and left without a receipt.Looked at my credit card statement and I got charged $29.82.Obviously my bag of chips wasn’t worth that much, and I should have done my due diligence and looked at the card machine. I can’t fight it and I’m not going to over this money but this isn’t right.
Terrible customer service, the lady at the till didn’t believe my husband when saying he wanted to put $250 of gas into our truck and she said no, that’s too much and would only allow him to put $200. Then told him to come back inside to pay more if the truck still required more. Like how do you know what our truck takes?
This place is apparently not 24hrs as advertised. Will not shop this location ever again, yet again closed for supposed cleaning. Ultimate failure for a 24hr location who runs a fuel station as well. Pretty sure petro canada would.like to know this also.
Never ever open past midnight, and I’ve tried many times. If you say you’re open 24 hours, then be open. And what’s the point of a 7-Eleven that isn’t?
Open 24 hrs. Great place to pick up snacks,fast food and even their pizza is pretty good. Prices are great for most of the fast food you pay for.
Wide range of products , staff is super Cool and hard workers . Gets to know you , asking customers if they need help , neat and clean Store .
