A S Italian Fine Foods

Okay, so the reason I give A&S a 1 star is not because of the food. The food is delicious there and very happy it's un my hometown in Merrick. The day I went there was 2 guys behind the counter. One of them was very rude in answering a question I had about a certain food and at the end, I ask when is it going to be made again and again I got a very rufe and not so friendly response. The other was very nice, very attentive gentleman.

I called there asking if they had sun dried peppers, then called back to confirm this. they told me yes both times,so we walked over there to get them, was then told that they did not have them since before the pandemic started, so they asked me to call the number that i called earlier when i asked and look at this their phone rang and it was me, so they told me they had them but really did not. i will now never go there again

The food is amazing! But I ordered my sandwich almost 3 hours ago. When I called they said it hadn't gone out yet! I still don't have lt! Luckily I'm not in a rush today but I'm sorry I will never order from them again!! It's after 4pm now AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SANDWICH!!!! IT'S NOW 4:30 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SANDWICH!!

I have had food here a bunch of times and decided to get catering for my daughter's first birthday! Anthony was seriously so helpful especially because I've never ordered catering before. We received so many compliments on the food at the party! It was soo good! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service 3 people behind counter one person in front of me I walked out after waiting 5 minutes
