We switched to this restaurant without reservation, they hosted us and took care of us. we chose the 3-course menu at 28 euros. There was a good selection of 3 dishes to choose from. super for main dishes, I had the satay of chicken sauté with noodles (I would have liked more satay sauce) wifey had a scenic with pepper. the portions are generous we were well suited, we are gourmet eaters. the crazy chief shouted and yelling at music all night, so I suggested that he played at some ponies with justin to steal more shouts and screaming on both sides, then the guy from the pans washed joined a good night for all. a good night with atmosphere and supported by excellent cuisine.
We were two families, four adults and five children. I have to admit that I do not expect many restaurants in very busy and tourist places, but you can at least find a good service. the food was lower than the average but the risotto was good and the only one. When we noted that we found a piece of sharp plastic in a child's pasta, the server's reaction was that we had luck because it's just a plastic. ( :)). What if this plastic was stuck in a kid's throat? In any event, I can distinguish a good and sincere service from a "one-time service", which means that if it is not you, there is a crowd waiting for you. I don't like those.
My wife and I went there twice in July 2017. a small restaurant is managed by the boss himself, during the high season, supported by his cousin who is a really nice and very effective person. we had the seafood menu and we had been satisfied with the choice on two evenings. the selection of wines is good too. everything comes to a high price level, which is the case for almost all the restaurants of cassis. It is a small place on a narrow road to a block from the harbour. If you don't have a chance you're sitting near a big party that can eclipse your experience. despite all this, we really enjoyed being there.
Very well! We had a great dinner last night. the 3-course menu is excellent. the fish carpaccio and the eggplant were both fresh and tasty. the entrance to the chicken wok and the squid with rice / vegetables were both very large, unique and delicious portions. desserts are made home and chocolate melting was the best I ever had in france. I'm sure you plan to come back. the owner was very friendly and the chef served great food from beginning to end. If you want to enjoy a meal in a quieter setting right next to the port, I would try this restaurant for sure.

We stopped here to get us away from the crowd. The food was average. We had the rice with shrimp and it was okay. We also had the flat steak that was too cooked and had to be returned. A new one came out and it was still difficult. the quality of the meat could have been well superior. service was good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, it's a medium place, not bad but not the best. I'd like to see a better quality meat and more shrimp in the risotto.
There was a menu, the entrance was nothing special. For the main dish, I decided to go for chicken noodles. The noodles were insipid, the chicken was very medium. I had to wait 1 hour after the entrance to get the main dish. which I think is too long. For the desert, I had two ice balls without anything else. not the best experience for a relative price menu. I wouldn't recommend it.
we read several reviews recommending to try a restaurant near the port. we follow the recommendation and find this very good restaurant. for 16.5 euros you can try the menu of the day. It was delicious and very French. You have to come and try this fabulous little place.
we came to a blackcurrant for a day trip and explored the small town centre while deciding where to eat. we sat down at the table because food looked like many people who already ate. service was very pleasant and the food was above average.

friendly service, small but tasty menu. not typically French however. some influences of the world's cuisine. Take the risotto and melt with caramel!
it was one of the best restaurants we've made during our stay here. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious!
