We have dined at this restaurant before, and the food and service were excellent. They now have nice outdoor seating available. My only concern is that the menu has become quite limited, featuring only 3-4 items per category (small plates and large plates), and there are no specials. I understand the challenges restaurants face during these times, so I don’t hold it against them. The food is just as delicious as it was before COVID, but do keep in mind the reduced menu options.
My wife and I had a fantastic meal and lots of laughs—the food was amazing! The clams were to die for, and the Brussels sprouts? Incredible! It’s not easy to make Brussels sprouts taste that good, so this place is truly a gem. Overall, in a world with so many challenges, it’s refreshing to find a restaurant that is thriving while prioritizing the safety of its patrons. Bravo to them for creating a memorable experience during these times!
This was my second visit to this restaurant over the years. I ordered the short ribs, but unfortunately, they appeared dirty and tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave. The carrots served on the side were overcooked, and the polenta cake was soggy. The Brussels sprout appetizer was decent, and the service was good. However, given the $36 price tag for the short ribs, I doubt I'll be returning.
Delightful brunch. Space is cozy and bright, staff is friendly. Enjoyed the salmon rillettes and the vichyssoise. Root veggie hash and the biscuits were a little aggressively salted but the egg was cooked perfectly. BYOB keeps prices very reasonable. Will definitely eat there again in fact, looking forward to trying the Sunday supper (last Sunday of each month at 6:30pm). Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Always wonderful food. I came as a party of 5 to sit outside. The table was near the back of the restaurant outside and my chair view was that of the trash cans so not too pleased by that. But overall a great restaurant and food just define where you are being seated.
First time I have not loved it. Food had a lot of salt and muscles were not great. Love this place and even though I am providing this less than stellar review it still beats most restaurants in NJ, always great service!
have taken out some paintings lately, but this was first outside experience. it was fantastic. eating and service really great.
