When staying at the Ritz Abama, we tried every restaurant, enjoyed them all, but my favorite was Kabuki. I was slightly concerned as I feared the combination of Asian and Michelin star could lead to some crazy dishes, and that in particular it might turn off my family. While the menu was very interesting, we did not have anything that was worrisome (or less than wonderful). We could not order the tasting menu as a few dishes my son would not like but effectively made our own. My favorite dish was four types of tuna sashimi. Para nosotros ha sido una pequeña decepción, llevábamos tiempo queriendo probar este restaurante por sus buenos comentarios avalados además por un estrella Michelin. Pues no ha sido nada de lo que esperábamos, sin menospreciar el servicio que ha sido atento y profesional aunque muy frio y robótico. El local en si es anodino con una decoración impersonal y poco acogedora, además de muy ruidoso. Absolutely fabulous dining experience. Best sushi I’ve had in my life. Fantastic service, amazing tasting menu, lovely dining room. This place is quite special. Everyone here is bringing their best.
