I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's rudeness and unhelpfulness. After searching for a specific item for quite some time, I asked an employee for assistance. Instead of helping, he just told me to check the wall, where I had already looked. After searching again and still not finding it, I asked him if he could show me where it was since he should know. He seemed annoyed at having to assist a customer, as he preferred to chat with a colleague who was also uninterested in helping. I've been a customer here before, and this had never been an issue until now. This was my third visit, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Previously, I'd never been asked for more than two IDs — or even just one per group. The cashier, an older woman, was unfriendly and suspicious. When I explained that my girlfriend was buying the liquor, she abruptly grabbed the bottle, as if we were about to flee with it. Honestly, it was quite baffling.

With a beer selection not as good as Craft Beer Cellar, and wine prices not as good as Total Wine, this poor ABC suffers. However, it is a newly refreshed store, so it is well lit, feels safe, and is almost entirely devoid of liquor store sketchyness. Friendly employees round out the positives of this place. However, the aforementioned prices and selection, as well as the unevenly tiled floor and rickety carts, really prove a hindrance to a good shopping experience. Craft beer selection is acceptable, but falls far short of CBC and only the InBev stuff is cold, par for ABC 's course. While shopping at this store the manager comes running in yelling who's car is the white car? A man says it was his, the manger yells at him for taking up two spaces. There were only 4 cars parked in a 25+ lot. The man states the lines are hard to see. The manager continues to yell that he is wrong and is taking up two spaces. The man rightfully storms out. The manager continues to complain to the staff about it. The poor staff looked mortified. The manager needs to get a job working parking security.
I was very disappointed after my visit to the ABC Liquor Store today on E. Hwy 60 in Brandon, Florida. This has been our favorite store for nearly 10 years. Upon entering, I was informed that my 10-pound dog is no longer allowed in the store. She has been coming in periodically for the past year without any issues. I didn't bring her during this visit, so I'm confused as to why the manager singled me out on this occasion. I'm quite upset and unsure if I will continue to spend over $500 a month there!
Visiting this place is always an enjoyable experience as we explore and discover new items. We went in for some Deep Dive Vodka and were pleased to find a variety of flavors. We sampled the lime and lemon since we're already fans of the grapefruit flavor. Additionally, we picked up some Jack Daniels Cinnamon because we prefer it over Fireball. The gentleman who assisted us at checkout was friendly, and we even chatted about the new Lime Deep Dive flavor. We will definitely be returning!

The liquor store has a decent size and offers something for everyone. I visited to explore the Red Blend section, but I found the selection to be quite limited. In fact, it seemed like there were more options for white wine than for red. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and several employees approached me to see if I needed any help.
