This is an excellent Mediterranean restaurant in New Jersey. They serve halal food. Their famous dishes are tabouleh, hummus, shawarma other Middle Eastern specialties. They also offer: Coffee, comfort food, healthy options, kids' menu, late-night food, quick bite, small plates, vegan options, and vegetarian options. Besides, this spacious restaurant includes outdoor and indoor seating. Dining options here are: Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, catering, and dessert. Everything I have tried at Abu Rass was flavorful and delicious. Last but not least, all staff members provide great customer service.
I was in the Paterson area and wanted to grab a quick falafel sandwich, so I stopped by Abu Rass. The place was bustling with customers, and I've found that crowded restaurants usually serve better food. Someone assisted me promptly with my to-go order, and the prices were fantastic—not expensive at all for sandwiches. I tried the falafel sandwich, and it was delicious. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the long wait time. Overall, the food was excellent, and despite the delay, I had a pleasant experience.
This restaurant offers excellent value for money, and the food is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend giving it a try. The only downside I found was that the shawarma meat is slightly dry, but everything else is fantastic and juicy. I personally prefer this spot over Al-Basha, especially considering the price difference. The $40 platter easily serves 3-4 people.
This Middle Eastern restaurant also offers hookah services. They serve the best shawarma in New Jersey! The service is decent. The patio is spacious and tends to get quite lively. The kebab platter includes a variety of meats, providing a nice sampling. Additionally, the hookah flavors have a good selection and last a long time.

I enjoy the food here a lot. The meat is cooked perfectly. My favorite items are the mixed grill and the chicken shawarma. The chicken is tender and the beef is full of flavor. The prices are reasonable and its a good quantity. My main complaint is that the rice is sometimes cold or lukewarm when it is served.
As a Palestinian who grew up in Jersey this is my FAVORITE place to get kabab. Been coming here for years. Ismail was our server he was amazing . They take good care of you . 10/10 service , 10/10 atmosphere , 10/10 food.
This was my first time at this place and I will definitely be coming back. The meat was so tender and full of flavor. Everything was cooked with love. Our waiter Ahmed was really nice helpful. Great service.
Me and my husband come here every weekend. The staff is super nice especially Ahmad and Ismael! Also the food tastes very fresh. Hookah is also amazing. Definitely recommend this place!

Authentic Mediterranean food.. Ambience was very good and this is the best place for hookah too. Vegetarian platter was out of the world.
Delicious Arabic Food. Large mixed Grill costs around USD 40 and its fairly enough for 2 persons.
