Ok. So I’ve been going to Adams for years now have always loved the bagels food offered. Recently there have been some young kids that work there and have made it very uncomfortable embarrassing to go in. I sadly stopped being a customer.Today I was made aware that those kids no longer work there. I have to say I’m relieved! They would have very bad manners towards the patrons use obscene language.not to mention they did not keep the place clean. The Two older women that have been there for years have always been polite, respectful attentive to all the customers. So glad to be going back.
This is by far the most underwhelming bagel shop in New Jersey! We ordered 3 bagels, the bagels were hard and stale which was bad but the lack of cream cheese was down right appalling! The creamcheese did not cover a quarter of the bagel. The sundried tomatoe spread tasted rancid, as if pickled juice had been mixed in. There was no coffee left but decaf and no creamer except for powder non dairy.
The food and bagels were quite average. I felt the prices for breakfast were somewhat high. I ordered an American burrito and was disappointed by the amount of bacon I got for the $10 I paid. Furthermore, the wait time for just two breakfast sandwiches was longer than it should have been.
Must be new owners. Haven't been there in about a year. Prices went insane.$7.99 tax for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel.$7.00 tax for a ham and egg on an everything bagel.Bagels taste the same but the eggs tasted greasy and the bacon was very thin.

The best: the price. The worst: the restroom. They have a quite good variety in the menu. We tried with the chicken grilled wrap . Was good but not excelent. That raspberry flavored coffee was interesting, and the customer service was really good.
Adams is definitely my favorite bagel shop! However, I was really disappointed to learn today that my favorite staff members, Ezmi and Mari, no longer work there. They were the happiest, friendliest, and most efficient employees the place had!
Never once have I heard of anyone not being satisfied with everything! One of the all time best places to visit whether you're an out of towner or a regular you won't be disappointed no matter what you order! BEST BAGELS EVER

This is my go-to bagel place! The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, and the prices are on par with other bagel shops.
