Excellent Indian food. Under a new name, but this is still Zagat rated Addis Tandoor. Same owners, same great food. Come hungry, and leave full. I need to branch out more on their menu, but I can recommend the Chicken Tikka, Chicken Tikka Masala, Tandoori Chicken, Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, Papadum, and their Vegetable Samosas. All well done. The only caveat I would forewarn: they will ask you how spicy you want it. If you say NOT spicy, it's not going to have a lot of the great flavors that come with a reasonable level of spice. So I recommend you let them make it how it's supposed to be so you can really get all the great flavors.
This is my favorite restaurant of all time. The food is incredible fresh and high quality! We get enough to have two more nights of leftovers. Addi, the owner, is such a sweet guy and always greets us like old friends. The service is great, the ambiance is cozy and romantic. They have wonderful wine, beer, and other beverages. Our usual order is Chicken Tikka Masala, Shrimp Masala, Aloogobi, Garlic Naan, and Rice. The best part about this restaurant is that when you ask for extra extra spicy, they deliver! The food is spicy like we love, but without compromising the incredible flavor. Best Indian cuisine in LA!
What an amazing experience my wife and I had in this world-class restaurant. Addi, the servers and the chefs have the heart of the service. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the food was amazing. We both had the lamb (Saag Tikka Masala), the bread was fresh from the oven and Addi threw in a huge salad for us because we are fitness professionals. I love this place. Make sure you finish your meal with the Chai tea?
One of the few Indian places that we've consistently liked for 18 years. Addi's has managed to maintain the quality of their service and food for so long. 2023: I came back to add that it is still as good. The helping size is very decent. Amazing food!!! I ordered the chicken curry and Paneer Makni and both were very tasty! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff was super nice! If you’re craving Indian food, I highly recommend this place!
