Authentic Mexican cuisine awaits you here! From the moment you step inside, Rudolfo and his staff make you feel right at home. He takes the time to greet each guest personally, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch, whether you're seated on the patio or indoors. I particularly enjoy the Barbacoa Wet Burrito, but everything on the menu is delicious. Even though I live in Whittier, it's definitely worth the drive. Plus, you can take a stroll on the pier, which is just two blocks away!
Wow! The food here is incredible! The salsa trio is fantastic, and the Chicken Tortilla Soup is hands down the best I've ever had—I've tried hundreds, including every option in town. The highlight of my meal was the Molcajete; it was truly a culinary adventure! Adding to the experience was the outstanding service. There’s no comparison to the warm welcome and the friendly, enthusiastic attention we received from our server Ryan and owner Rodolfo. It was amazing! You really have to experience it for yourself!
Visited here last week, and we all loved loved loved it. From the person who answered a phone, from the person who runs the place, the food, and servers, everything was just right. The food was delicious. We had four entrees and two appetizers. All prepared for a perfection! Wish I had names and pictures of our dishes to share. But perhaps I can update this because we’ll definitely be back! Lovely outdoor table space! Thank you for a delicious meal!!
In town for our anniversary and decided to have lunch here before going back home. It was a good decision. Not only was the food great, but the service was wonderful also. We didn’t even tell them it was our anniversary but they apparently noticed the cards we had just exchanged sitting on the table. Rodolfo, the owner, and his staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! The food is wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. You can choose to dine indoors or on the patio, which looks beautiful with the bistro lights at dusk. I encourage everyone to support this great small business; they truly invest effort into providing a personal touch that seems to be lacking in many places these days. Maderos is amazing!
Awesome welcoming . Great drinks food. Prices are extremely reasonable . All of the wines are priced very reasonable so you can easily order by the bottle . I loved the friendly service . It is very close to my home so I plan to visit frequently!
A very open and bright setting, while forgetting we were on PCH with our waiter who was 'on it ' without bugging. The drink and food was top notch. Definitely will be going back!

Great restaurant! I am actually impressed with the three different sauces to accommodate the chips. I have never seen any other restaurant do that.
