We really enjoyed this gem of a coffee cafe. Beautiful inside, steady crowd of happy customers only reflects the lovely folks making it all happen. Honey had a hot chocolate, stopped him in his tracks: delicious and so pretty. He managed to keep the heart design right till the cup was empty. I tried the cold brew and it was rich and smooth by itself. I added a splash of half half and simple syrup just to try that. Well this was great coffee golden hour) and stood up to both additions. Delicious, Delightful staff, beautiful space, WINNER!
Stopped in on a rainy, gray day and it was like walking into a hug. Warm and welcoming. Super cute spot with a mix of concrete, brick, big windows and lots of green plants. Friendly and helpful folks behind the bar. We tried the golden milk and cinnamon cardamom lattes. Delicious! Our first visit was to attend Shelf Life's Brew Ho Ho, so your hosting of great events like this is much appreciated. Can wait to come back for more coffee!
Afterglow was amazing! My co-workers and I decided to meet here on our telework day and the atmosphere was cozy enough to hone in on work, but I feel I can also come back to chill with a friend and actually be able to hear them in conversation. I got an oat milk cortado (pictured with the beautiful art) and cold brew — both phenomenal. The cold brew was a personal favorite! The prices were all so very reasonable too.
I loved the atmosphere and the vibe. Very cozy and the baristas were so kind and polite. I got a vanilla cappuccino and the art was AMAZING! I will say the espresso did taste sour but overall would highly recommend if you’re looking for a cute coffee shop to try and hang out at or get some work done.

Not many food options, or baked goods to get with a coffee. The cold brew coffee was only alright, especially for the price, so I wouldn’t get it again. Heard the cappuccino is better so might try that next time. Great ambiance in the cafe and parking on the street was nice during the day.
Literally the best coffee I’ve ever had, multiple times. The rotating stock of single origin beans is a tradition and a must for our household. And the staff are all informative, friendly and fun. Best coffee in town, state, maybe the nation.
Got a flat on 195 and took it to Mincz; I figured a coffee would be a needed boost and found Afterglow around the block. It was what I needed. Kind, helpful stsff, great drinks, and an open and relaxing atmosphere.
Lovely little spot. Everything I had here was excellent. The co-op folks running this place were all really friendly too. Highly recommend
