I was so excited to try this place because of all the great reviews, but I was super disappointed. Staff was friendly but food was awful. I got the vegan Mac and cheese and the jackfruit fries and they were both terrible. The Mac and cheese was like WATER and has absolutely no flavor. Tastes like plain elbow noodles. Tasted like there was no salt and did not taste like cheese whatsoever. The fries were terrible too. It was the same thin water cheese sauce they put on the Mac and cheese and the jackfruit has zero Taste as well. Tasted like it came straight out of a can. And I paid 14$ for the fries. If you want absolutely amazing vegan food go to NuVegan in Richmond. So much better.
The music was extremely loud, to the point where I believe I may have experienced hearing damage in one ear. It was so unusually loud that the restaurant was empty because of it. Despite asking the waiters to lower the volume, they did not take any action. We attempted to sit outside to reduce the noise, but it was still impossible to have a conversation with the people at our table. When the waitress came to take our order, we could not hear her over the constant noise. This was our first and last visit to that establishment.
I’ve been to Kreggers for brunch a few times over the past several years and it is always delicious! They have an entire vegan/vegetarian menu for brunch and other meals. This time I got the Vegan chickn and waffles. The waffles were crispy and went perfectly with the maple syrup. Cannot recommend this place enough. The old reviews make it sound bad, but their brunch is an absolute must for vegans in the area.
The food at this restaurant was expensive and not enjoyable. Every dish I tried was disappointing, including the French fries. I spent $40 for both my partner and myself, and we were completely unsatisfied with the quality of the food. I would have preferred to eat frozen meals from the grocery store. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

It was a great experience dining outdoors at this restaurant, even though it was hot outside, the atmosphere was still cool. The service was amazing and they even offer gator bites which were delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.
We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. There were great vegan options on the menu. Our server was friendly and courteous. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The food was good. Service was okay, but they were busy, so it took a while. Very warm inside air conditioning could not keep up.Parking: Parking was limited, so I parked about a block away.
I wouldn't specifically seek out this restaurant to eat at, but if I'm already out for drinks, it's a decent option for getting a meal instead of just ordering fries at another place.
