Lovely meal. Good place for a special occasion, especially if you can sit in the courtyard. Very good service from Michael Ann. Mains $19- V to $56. If you are from outside the US beware the add ons. Service 20% and other taxes make it about 30%. When the food and drink come to over $200 that’s another $60. Take the opportunity to go upstairs to the hotel foyer while you are there, that is worth seeing. They were also mid construction of the Christmas display, which looked like it will be quite something, so definitely check that out if you are visiting in the holidays. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the afternoon tea at the Biltmore hotel, and it was an absolute delight! The elegant tea room and impeccable service created a charming ambiance. The selection of teas was impressive, and the knowledgeable staff guided me to the perfect choice. The delectable assortment of treats, including sandwiches and freshly baked scones, was presented beautifully. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding. The service throughout was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. Overall, the afternoon tea at the Biltmore hotel was a delightful and memorable experience I highly recommend.
I was really surprised the food wasnt great! The 3 stars is for the service and the lovely atmosphere, but I've had better food at the local diner. I ordered the Juevos Rancheros, which was supposed to have house salsa (looked and tasted like Tositos from a jar , Jack cheese (I think it was queso dip? and cilantro (I'm no chef, but I know the difference between cilantro and watercress . Disappointing to say the least!
