Agni Restaurant offers the worst service I have ever experienced. I couldn’t understand why the staff kept looking everywhere except at us when we were trying to order from the menu. From the moment we arrived, the waitress seemed annoyed and even grimaced at us. The food was another story—completely inedible. I usually come here with high hopes, but today was by far my most disappointing visit. I also witnessed a mother and her young daughter, no older than 10, come in and sit down, only to be ignored. After waiting 20 minutes without receiving any food or attention, they just got up and left.
A hidden gem for sure! Not many places that have genuinely authentic South Indian food. Was really impressed with the taste of the food and the service. The ambience was pleasing and our waitress, Ruby did an amazing job of taking care of all our requests. She was very patient and attentive. Definitely will be coming back for more! BEWARE: They automatically added 18% gratuity for just TWO of us. There is no mention of this on the menu or from the staff regarding this beforehand. And the merchant bill had recommended tip amount calculated for us to easily add duh! which was on total amount including 18% initial gratuity . This feels like a rip off. My dining experience at Agni was exceptional! The Chicken 65, Paratha, and Mirchi Bajji were incredibly delicious. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, the place was impeccably clean, and the pricing was very competitive. I absolutely love Agni!
The food at this restaurant was average. The service was slow, and the portion sizes were small considering the price. The Papa We Roast dish was overly thick, and the dough didn’t taste fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
Agni Restaurant offers really good dosa and idly, with their sambar chutney standing out as a highlight. However, the masala in the dosa and the filter coffee from their menu were quite disappointing.
The Masala Dosa was served with a rather small amount of potato filling, accompanied by limited portions of sambhar (4 ounces) and chutneys (2 ounces), all for a price of $12.99.

Update: Filtered coffee is fabulous!!! First review: Tasty food but quantity is very less compared to other Indian restaurants. We had to explicitly chase for mint chutney.
