Well, it's been over 10 years since I checked this place. I was at first hesitating because I heard that this peculiarity changed. nice to say that I could come, try to eat it and say that eating is still fresh, and the experience is still great. when we passed a Monday at 11:45 a.m., I and my friend could get a table right away. fortunately we went earlier when the tables began to fill. there was a lady server that was patient and very nice and always came by to fill our green tee again. fooddecided to try what I ordered a long time ago, the meat teriyaki combo and the charashi bowl. we were immediately served a bowl with misosuppet and green tea. the bark sashimi combo was still ingenious,...
This is a hidden gem for sushi. I had been frequenting this place since I was in high school (Go LAHS Conquerors but I recently moved away in the last 3 years or so. So I’m going to try it out again today. I hear Hisako or Ben are no longer working there. I would like to see them and will miss them if they are no longer there. After the new owner took over I came a few times before leaving the area and it was still good. We’ll see how it goes today. ????
I've been coming here for over 30 years ownerships has changed since, but the menu and premium quality food has not been comprised. Vinny the head sushi chief is one of the best, he knows how to treat you with class and will deliver the best sushi ? experience intown. The portions are generously cut and the presentation is marvelous! You will not regret the Akasaka experience. Vinny I will be coming tonight miss you my friend.
this place is a hidden gem! for the prices and their dishes it is worth coming here as any elevated sushi restaurants. the Chirashi shell was like a raised Poke shell. the cut of the sashimi is huge! two people could share it! I saw other people ordered the sushi roll and omg, it was like 5x bigger than any normal size roll. can't wait to come back here!

Very fresh sushi. Friendly and hospitable service. Very very reasonable prices. We ordered the chawanushi, deep fried soft shell crab, Clark avenue roll, mussels, yellowtail collar, and the chirashi bowl. Fun fact: they have an organic kumquat tree in the parking lot then you can grab a bunch of kumquats from, for free.
the chirashi bowl is amazing! the best of all time. deep fried soft dish also wonderful, hugh portion and very fresh crumb, very crispy and her oyster in a delicious sauce, will come back!
High quality seafood, so fresh. Every time I came here, ordered the Chirashi Bowl, huge size, tasted so good.
we have been here for 20 years plus, new owners, eating are good, great services. I have to reserve!
