Cheddar Bay Biscuits at Red Lobster are the ???? I love Red Lobster ???? We always go to Red Lobster for my step dads birthday and we were in California for his birthday and this was the closest one to us during that time. We had a party of 10 and we wereaccommodated on short notice, which was nice. The food was good and they baskets of Cheddar Bay biscuits were always full. Ican’t complain about this spot. The food was good and the service was even better. Highly recommend the clam chowder ????
The person who took my order over the phone clearly wasn’t listening. I specified my location when I placed the order, but there was no mention of payment. When the food was ready, a woman came out and said I had to go inside to pay. That was frustrating because now the food was prepared for no reason; I’m not going in to buy it. The whole point of ordering over the phone was to avoid getting out of my car. Their communication skills really need improvement.
The service was outstanding! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure to check on us frequently. I really appreciated the pricing for the endless shrimp offer, although I found the garlic shrimp and the Parmesan bacon shrimp to be a bit too salty for my liking.
The food was so gross.. I’d rather had went to a fast food restaurant honestly.. save your time don’t even go to this location .. they don’t even play music it’s just quiet you hear everyone’s conversation . My food was overly cooked not fully cooked I got 2 plates

I recently returned for the first time in a few years, and I was shocked by the price increase and the decline in quality. The only highlight was still the biscuits, which were excellent. We spent $285 for a party of six, and we didn’t even order any alcohol.
Our server Phillip was amazing, he was very patient and took the time to make suggestions that got us all of the menu selections we wanted at a reasonable price. He was also quite attentive during our meal and if we could give more than 5 stars we would!!
The open table reservation is useless. We just took a walk behind everyone else. I feel like it's a scam to get us to the restaurant as it was zero good to make a reservation
All the server were nice.. Ours came a total of 2 times forgot our silverware. Luckily this other waiter was so attentive. Other than that everything else was really good;

The restaurant seems to be understaffed so the wait times are very long, but once seated, the food and service are great.
Our Carol server took care of us very well: it brought us everything we needed and kept our drinks full.
