This was my first stay at the Archer in Florham Park and we only stayed one night , I thought for the price of one overnight stay it would be better but I wasn’t too impressed with my stay , the room was ok, some of the furniture was scuffed and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly. We decided to have dinner at the hotel , and once again for the price of the food I was expecting more once again disappointed. I’m a bit hesitant to leave a glowing review and risk revealing our hidden gem, but the staff here truly deserve more recognition! As a local, Archer is my go-to for cozy winter evenings by the faux fire and summer reunions with friends on the patio — it’s perfect for any occasion. The staff, especially longtime server Lynelle (I hope I spelled her name right), are fantastic and attentive without being overbearing. The food and drinks are priced like a hotel kitchen/bar — not Michelin star quality, but we absolutely LOVE the Brie tray and truffle fries. Plus, the drinks are consistently strong!
The bartender, Nichole, was quite unwelcoming. However, what truly shocked me was the behavior of the waitress on the outdoor patio. She picked up clean glasses by sticking her fingers inside them, filled them with ice and water, and then served them to patrons. This is absolutely unacceptable. In any restaurant, you should never touch the rim of a glass, even if it’s clean. This is particularly concerning at a bar that charges $20 for a glass of wine! I recommend steering clear of this place. I attempted to inform the manager, but he seemed indifferent to the situation.
The hotel’s location is very convenient when visiting our North America office in Florham Park. It is cool, new and generally good. Burgers are simply one of the best I have tried. This time around though there was no hot water (to shower) 2 out of the 3 days I stayed.

Clean, fresh, great location, helpful staff, great food! This was our first stay at The Archer, and it was a great surprise. Check-in was seamless, room was clean with all the amenities needed. We will look for an Archer wherever we travel from now on.
I have stayed at the Archer Florham Park three times now. I Always experience professional and friendly staff. Hotel and rooms are well maintained and super clean. Super comfortable bed. Enjoyed a large bathroom and walk-in shower with king bed room.
The hotel is modern and luxurious. It is great for a quick couples' getaway. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure to mention everything the hotel offers and provide us with some treats for my wife's birthday. Recommend!
Excellent facility with lovely details. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the restaurant and gym. The location in Florham Park was excellent. Would love to see a Concept 2 rowing machine in the gym.

We asked for early check-in on two rooms so that we could dress for a wedding. The front desk was very accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and the bed very comfortable, great shower. Nice breakfast buffet.
I visited this restaurant for a cocktail hour for a wedding party. The drinks and appetizers were enjoyable, and the customer service was outstanding. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
