I ordered food from this takeaway some time ago, giving my mobile no. as part of the ordering online. Since then, I have been receiving texts from them which I cannot stop. There is no facility to text back to ‘Stop’ them, there’s no number...to block and, despite two emails to the restaurant asking them to remove my details from their systems, I am STILL getting the texts. They have not even had the common courtesy or decency to respond in any way to the emails I’ve sent. I know I can delete each individual text from my phone, but WHY can’t this restaurant just deal with my request properly and remove my details in order to stop these annoying texts? we have used the al-amine since 1997, the eating is really tasty it can not fail, I had recently problems and was a little unfortunate with the service provided but fair play to ali and his team, I left a message with a beautiful dame that the orders that the message was passed on and put the problem right. ali and his team always put their customers first I would always recommend the Al-Amin give them a try
Whenever I visit Maidstone, I make sure to have dinner at Al Amin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My meal was quickly prepared and the flavors were absolutely amazing. The meat was cooked perfectly and had beautiful textures. I have been making the trip from the Hampshire coast for many years and have no plans to stop! Thank you, Al Amin, for always providing an incredible dining experience!

We always order from Al Amin, and we must say we have yet to be disappointed. We order from them every weekend and every time we’ve had their food we have smiles on our faces. It is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
The service was excellent, quick, and the food was delicious. The staff were lovely, everyone was kind and courteous, and the owner even offered us a discount. I am excited to return in the future.
We regularly ring them for a takeaway as service is quick,food is great,food is piping hot and you get little extras put in . Nothing bad to say about them all is excellent .
