I really enjoy the genuine Pakistani cuisine at Al Naimat. I ordered Paratha and Omelette, both of which were delicious. I also got some fresh sweets (mithai) which were fantastic. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The restroom had a strong odor, the floor was sticky, and overall the place did not feel clean. If they improve this aspect, it would be an excellent desi restaurant.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for years for their jalebi. However, I recently purchased the red ones and some were soggy. When I complained today, the woman at the counter recommended the yellow ones as fresh and crispy. Unfortunately, they turned out to be stale and chewy. It appears she misled me just to make a sale. Needless to say, I will no longer be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant is a hidden gem, especially if you're craving authentic homemade Pakistani food like I was. I came here on the last day of Ramadan and enjoyed halwa puri, muli paratha, omelette, and Kashmiri chai. I also bought a pound of mixed sweets to take home. The customer service was polite, the wait times were short, and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
I love coming to this restaurant for dessert, I have been a regular for years now. They also serve delicious Chai and have a variety of other food options. Their paratha is just as good as my mom's. We have discovered our new go-to spot for dining in Jackson Heights! The food is amazing and reasonably priced, and the drinks and desserts are also top-notch. The staff is friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes, especially since they also offer vegetarian options. Highly recommended!
Found this gem in jackson heights, the puri halwa was spot on, really good, a pur desi punjabi taste highly recommended). Desi omelette was also good and paratha was crisp and tasty. Lassi was damper. A real value for money. Management could look into cleanliness
Chicago native visiting new York and we heard about halwa poori being good here. It did not disappoint!! Fresh and full of flavor ! The service was good as well everyone was polite and welcoming ???? recommend!! For once the reviews live up to the hype
Best Pakistani deserts in the area. And the chai? Makes you forget all your worries. Bollywood soundtracks always playing on the TVs, decent hot food for a little extra fill (but I'm rating this place solely on deserts and chai), and lovely staff. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
