The theaters themselves are very nice, and the sound quality is outstanding. I do wish there were a way to turn off the under-table lights, but I understand why they keep them on. The seats are more comfortable than standard ones, though not as plush as modern recliners. If you sit in the front rows, you'll find it a bit of a struggle to look up at the screen. The seating is reminiscent of premium IMAX seats. While the seats are close together, there's enough space that you don't feel cramped. The rows are arranged with more vertical spacing than horizontal, which means the back rows aren't very far from the screen—something I appreciate. The seats in the front rows do require you to look up quite a bit, which is reminiscent of Premium IMAX seating. While the seats are close together, there’s enough space that you don’t feel cramped. The seating arrangement is designed vertically rather than horizontally, meaning the back rows are farther from the screen compared to many other theaters I’ve visited. We arrived about 15 minutes early. We had never been to Alamo, the cashiergave us the run-down of service, popcorn and drinks etc. he told us to fill out a card and a waiter would be in the theatre totake our order. We filled out our order card and waited for a server. We waited for roughly an hour from the moment we wereseated until a server came to us. (In the middle of the film). Ugh I want to love this place. The food is good. Drinks are large and popcorn has free refills. We have not had good service the past few times. They don't come back to get orders or refills. Last time we didn't receive our popcorn for an hour afterwe ordered it. I asked it to be canceled and not charged and then it quickly came out and we were charged. We will be backbecause we like the theater and the food. Just know service is not comparable to those.

I absolutely adore this theater! It's the only place showing the George Michael documentary. The staff is consistently friendly and polite. Every time I visit, the experience gets even better.
