Brand new multi-level motel construction at a Redlands City institution, The Alexandra Hotel. Great deal, enjoyable food, nice large room, larger than normal bathroom, comfortable bed, in room service offers a good food selection. Original accommodation, currently closed, as being refurbished, will offer a more budget accommodation alternative when done. First time at the pub. Met here for a family gathering for dinner, we had a table of eight. The reality of it is it is not somewhere my wife and I would go by choice. We went with low expectations and those expectations where met.My wife ordered a grilled salmon meal and I ordered the Mexican parmy (they have about 10 different types of parmy on the menu). My meal was ok, deep fired chicken and lots of melted cheese which ended up repeating on me for the rest of the night. My wife's salmon was however well below average. It was overcooked and very dry.The pub itself is quite nice inside and all the staff we dealt with both at the bar and the bistro where very friendly. The other saving grace...

The price of the food is great. The atmosphere is nice too. We had a table of 5 and all plates were eaten clean, My husband enjoyed the food which he is usually fussy when it comes to trying new restaurants but even he said he would come back. I would love to see more activities for kids, especially a play area or something. There are not many kids friendly restaurants in the Redlands, and to have another one closer to home would be great.

Visited for lunch on Monday 7th August. This was our first visit since they have completed a makeover of the whole complex. What a great place now to come and enjoy a meal and drinks. We all had $9.45 roast meals and enjoyed it very much. The dining area was very quiet, don't be put off if the carpark looks crowded, they are making use of the conference facilities onsite. Visited Wednesday 11th November for Lunch with a group of 10 people. We have visited before and it is a great place to get good food at a reasonable price. Lunch meals were not huge but enough for most people. If you want something special order off the restaurant menu - these meals looked a generous portion. Heaps of off street parking and nice outdoor area as well.

Had a beautiful lunch at this establishment today. It was very scrumptious. The staff were great and being Tuesday, it was two for one. I had grilled Atlantic salmon and hubby had steak Dianne. Both so tasty and well presented. Highly recommended

Love this place to go and have a bite to each either for lunch or dinner. They have $12.95 steak meals every Monday and Friday Nights , Large size meals and always served by friendly staff.

There was no waitress service for ordering, it is done at the desk, but the meals were large and very tasty. Cost was about average.

Have been coming here for years and the meals are usually consistently good. Not amazing but simple good honest pub fare.
