We hadn 't stopped in Alfano 's for a few years, so we were Way Overdue! Saturday evening turned out to be the Perfect time! We were seated quickly and approached just a couple minutes later by our server Mason . This young man is a Great asset for the restaurant! Turned out to give us Impeccable service! Waters, drinks from the bar, suggestions on dinner, all on point! Fresh garlic bread. Plus we ordered the Sausage Cheese Bread Worth the wait and the money!! Salads one house, one Ceasar, and a Calimari appetizer all came out quickly and were Great! Entrées Lasagna, Veal Freddy, and the Roast Duck (flambe 'd tableside crisp skin, tender and juicy inside Simply to Die for)!! Desserts a Caram...
Alfano's is hands down the best Italian restaurant my boyfriend and I have ever visited. While on vacation, we were looking for a lovely spot for a date, and this place exceeded our expectations. We started with a fabulous moscato wine, paired with delicious bread and Parmesan asparagus. We shared the chicken tetrazzini, which was fantastic. For dessert, we indulged in tiramisu, and it was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend this restaurant, as my experience was nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the service was excellent!
My first time here and it was impeccable! The service was excellent and accelerated, but not hastened. The food was by far the best Italian food I had since I was in Florida. My server told me that Calamari was the best he ever had, and it didn't disappoint! I'm sure I can't eat Calamari anywhere else... That was so good! My only complaint was that I didn't have room in my stomach to finish everything! Oh and another thing... the garlic bread was great! I'll eat here every time I visit Clearwater!
This is my favorite local Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, they make great drinks, everyone working there is super friendly, and the service is great. My favorite thing is the bar area and the little private rooms off the bar, it's such a unique little place. They have a great wine list, and I highly recommend the carpaccio, table-side Caesar, the linguine and clams, veal Parmesan, and the tiramisu is incredible, but really everything we've had is delicious.

Make sure you ask for Kenny ... and order the Tableside Ceasar Salad ... as his skills in making this incredible item is second to none! Definitely a great spot for a romantic dinner or a just because with friends and family! This place is a hidden gem in Pinellas County Clearwater! Make sure you put Alfanos or your must do place when visiting our area!!! You can thank me later for the recommendations
The Italian sausage and cheese roll baked in bread appetizer was amazing! We had chicken francese which was very good with yummy sauce! The limoncello cake tasted homemade and the warm bread pudding was to die for! Oh and the mussels are excellent. Our waiter was a very nice professional kind Hungarian man. He was very attentive and did a great job! We will be back.
Very good food here. Filet mignon, fish and pasta dishes. Great atmosphere and staff. My sister and her husband brought me here while I was in Florida to visit Mother. Sister had wine, iced tea was perfect. 3 large meals, remains about $82.00. Tablecloths! I really recommend this place. NICK did a great job.
I have been driving by this restaurant for years, and finally decided to come here tonight to celebrate my birthday. I am kicking myself for not stopping sooner because the experience was absolutely fantastic.

We recently visited this restaurant for lunch and a birthday party, and I was truly impressed with the delicious food. From the crab rolls to the shrimp Milanese, everything was fantastic.
I would rate this restaurant as okay. It was my first visit and I don't plan on returning. I made reservations for a Tuesday and it was quite empty.
