The pizza was okay, but the best that you can get in the vinicity and certainly not for the price. If it was cheaper, maybe that could justify going there but I would advise against it for tourists. The service was fantastic however. The bartender was attentive, but not overbearing and the ambiance was really good.
The pizza was excellent and the atmosphere was quaint. The food came out hot and in a reasonable about of time. The only complaint was the wait was significantly longer than originally told because the host sat another large party before us that arrived well after us.
One of the best spots for years!!! Keep coming back and bringing friends and guests!!! Food is consistent and the pizza some of the best in NYC and despite getting throngs of tourists, it still maintains quality :
