Die Gegend im Obergeschoss war komplett überbuchtet, was bedeutete, dass einige meiner Gäste auf Sitze warten mussten, die absolute Weigerung, Getränke zeitweise und keine Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern zu dienen. Our friends and family gathered last night to celebrate our engagement after weeks of planning. We were extremely disappointed by the service at this restaurant. The upstairs area was overbooked, leading to some guests waiting for seats and difficulty in receiving drinks. There was a lack of communication among the staff and they were treated poorly by management. Fortunately, I had provided a list of food orders to maintain some organization. However, paying the bill was chaotic for all guests, with some waiting for minutes to settle their bill. I regret choosing Al Fornos for our celebration and will be escalating my complaint to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.

The restaurant had a gorgeous atmosphere with great energy. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back for more. The only downside was that the rice was a bit chewy and the stroganoff tasted different than our previous visit, but overall it was still delicious and appetizing.
Whenever I visit Al-Forno, whether it's daytime or later in the evening, I am always greeted with a warm and welcoming reception. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. Kudos to the owners and staff for creating a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food and socialize in a very friendly atmosphere.

We were a group of 22 people. Everyone looked great and the food was delicious. The service was prompt, although one dish was missed by the kitchen. The staff was very apologetic and quickly corrected the mistake before we finished our meal. We will definitely be back!
