Bad experience overall, very disappointed... The service was deplorable (waiting, forgetting, no follow up, spilled drink... , and when it was time to add the bill they went to the wrong table, so we paid 62. too much ! At the time we did not realize the error, but after reflection we returned the next day to claim the difference: deplorable reception even though they recognized the error... refund made with rounding to our disadvantage! And no commercial gesture to apologize! Never seen that… Too bad because the food is quite good, but not sure I’ll go back!
Elisa Pizzeria im Zentrum von Fleurier. Es verfügt über ein komplettes italienisches Menü mit allem aus Pasta Pizza und Fisch und Fleisch. Das Restaurant gehört zu einer kleinen freundlichen Familie. Das Menü ist gut, das Essen ist gut und der Service ist gut. Ich hatte eine Pizza Napoli und weinte. Die Pizza. Tomatensauce und alles war perfekt. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant.
It's a shame to receive a pizza badly burnt all around and difficult to cut without having the right knives.....we certainly came on a bad day....improvement desired because the restaurant is large and welcoming.
