We ate here several times during our stays in Switzerland. The hotel with restaurant is located a little away from the main traffic routes. Nevertheless, a visit here is very worthwhile. The food is highly recommended. The service is attentive and very friendly. If you're lucky and get a window seat in the spacious and cozy dining room, you'll have a fantastic view of the mountain range opposite. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace and here you also have a fantastic view of the mountains. I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Switzerland.
Unfortunately I’m not able to give more then lowest one star. Unkind service even if was nice on the beginning. Mistake in order, low quality food maybe only veggies were not bad, unappreciated reaction to ask service to fix it. We wanted to to order half liter of wine but disgusted reaction of service shocked us. Place extremely expensive compared price with low quality of food and service. I can not recommend at all Restaurant Alpenblick .. shame for Beautiful town Ernen.
The stay was great! We were here for 4 nights. Beautiful walks. Delicious dinner in the evening. Breakfast was very good. Quiet location and very friendly staff
