The customer service is fantastic! The staff is never rude and they take their time when you place your order. The food is absolutely delicious; I always choose the Pasta Combo Entrée. Their Cannoli and Tiramisu desserts are exceptionally good. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I usually opt for delivery, and it always arrives on time or even earlier than expected. I highly recommend this place if you're craving Italian cuisine!
Placed my order online an hr and 15 minutes before I picked it up. I get there and they're chatting it up. The lady asked if I could wait a few more minutes. I was in there for 10 minutes. I only ordered a small pizza. Shouldn't take that long. No apology no sorry for the inconvenience no nothing Update: Just ordered another pizza 2 weeks later and the dough wasn't cooked in he center...I'm done
If you decide to visit, I recommend avoiding the pizza slices. Let me explain: the tomato sauce appeared to be more like a paint job than a fresh sauce—it was dry to the touch and didn’t require a napkin. As for the cheese, it tasted artificial and lacked any sort of bounce or texture; it was just bland. They really need to improve the quality of their pizza slices significantly.
I ordered a gigantic pizza, a small pizza, mozzarella sticks, and barbecue chicken. We received a free pizza since we spent over $20. The owner, who also cooked, even assisted me in loading all the food into my vehicle. Everything was delicious, and the barbecue sauce was unique and outstanding. They know me by name. Pizza, Italian Beef, Panzeratti and Tiramisu, all in Hillside Il. At one restaurant. Panzeratti is a God send. If you have never experienced a pizza folded upon itself then baked or fried, you are missing out. For the salad lover try their Mediterranean or Chicken Cesar salad. They are the best and very tasty. Note all salads will feed at least two people.
Best pizza in Chicagoland, hands down. The restaurant has been refurbished and looks fabulous. Full kitchen with Italian specialties, desserts and sandwiches. You can also organize your event, good beef and sausage.
