Absolutely terrible customer service... we were told on June 1st, July 18th, July 28th, and August 3rd to call back 1 month before the reservation date we wanted to book for my partner's birthday dinner on 9/28. I tried again today just to check and the customer service rep Charlene told me that all reservations were full that day, despite it not even being a month prior to the date. Her attitude was terrible and she told me someone would reach out by 9/12, so about two weeks before we needed a reservation. Absolutely no help
The instructor and manager for the dinning room are absolutely useless . The Students are attending und trying very hard to accommodate there guests. We going there numerous times and food and Students are great. !! I noticed that the instructor, a arrogant want to be........ doesn't have any clue what they doing and this guy is teaching the Students??? I feel sorry for them!!!
Great fun with wonderful“in training” staff. Great price for what should be a top notch experience and food but remember the “in training” bit? Veggie mains (tortellini dish and a mushroom dish) were bland, but the lamb was excellent. The desert was amazing (chocolate mousse). I would highly recommend.
My favorite restaurant at the CIA! Everything is always so delicious and fresh. The service is excellent nothing better than always having your water glass full. Happy to make a special trip as often as I can! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We did not have a great experience with the main courses may be we landed a bad chef this time round. The desserts were on other hand simply outstanding. Try their Peruvian chocolate mousse.
The students were so knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was beyond expectations. We are already planning our 3rd trip back.
