I placed an order at this location on Saturday, 1/6/2024 and requested that my food be freshly prepared. When my food was ready, the wings were extremely hard and overcooked. I asked the restaurant to remake my food and they refused. I contacted the manager and he argued with me over the phone and hung up in my face. The owner, Hasan J., and his team members do not respect their customers or take customer grievances seriously. To save money and prevent throwing away food, they are intentionally serving their customers old, overcooked food, and refusing to address any complaints about it. Initially, I had some reservations about ordering from this restaurant due to the reviews I had seen, but I was completely mistaken. The food was exceptional, with perfect flavor and generous portions. There was a wide variety of flavors to choose from. When I arrived to pick up my order, I found the establishment to be clean, and the customer service was excellent. The cashier made sure to confirm that I received exactly what I ordered, promising to correct any issues if necessary. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. I highly recommend checking it out – you won’t be disappointed, that’s for sure. It’s a definite 5-star experience!
I called to place an order at 10:30, and the man on the phone said, "If you can't be here in the next 5 minutes, then just forget it because we're about to close." I couldn't believe it! Who says that? If you're closing soon, why even answer the phone? I've ordered from this restaurant before, and it usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare food. I live just 7 minutes away, and there's no way you could finish cooking and cleaning up in just 7 minutes.
I was making a delivery at the Giant when I caught a whiff of something amazing. I had to grab some food from here. I opted for the three-wing combo, also known as the Chicken Box, with a half and half drink. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. The food was served in a reasonable amount of time, and it was hot and delicious. The best part was the mumbo sauce available in the condiment section. I just love being in the DMV area!

They use a third party app SLICE ,AND THEY HALF PACK FOOD AND SERVE COLD FOOD , THE OWNER ALSO ACCUSES THE DELIVERY PERSONS OF STEALING FOOD !!! WITHOUT PROOF! I SPENT $53 , I ASKED FOR THE FOOD I DID NOT GET DROVE IN THE RAIN TO GET MY MISSING ITEMS BECAUSE IM FEEDING A FAMILY OF 5, 3 WHICH ARE KIDS. Let me start off by saying IGNORE THE REVIEWS!! I never came to this location because of the reviews. I’m glad I gave them a chance because these buffalo wings are amazing! The person who took my order (I wish I got his name) was very nice and welcoming. I even came when the store was closing and they still accommodated me. I will be back to this location every time!
