It pains me to have to write this because we have always enjoyed the excellent food at Amici, but on this night I had our grandson with us and he needed to use the restroom, when we entered the restroom the light came on and a very large rat cane running out and ran across the floor toward the kitchen and dining area. I kept myself together, took care of my grandsons needs and then found a manager and told him what I saw. He did NOTHING!!! He just went on about business, I could not believe he had no concern that it might be running around the kitchen or perhaps come into the dining area. He did not even apologize to me for seeing it. I will never go back there. If there was one and they did...
The second time there. Had to have the same meal (cole salad with this amazing truffle dressing) so well I could not wait to come back and have it again. All the food around us looked good. Good size shares. Love it's Byo too! I just wish it wasn't so loud. It was packed and bc of the noise level, I felt like I was talking to my companion. Once the people were cleared out, it was more bearable.
It’s always a perfect experience the staff is absolutely flawless and the food is 100% excellent never a complaint wonderful experience and again the staff is excellent and it just makes you feel really nice going there and being treated like as if you were a special person
Fabulous, authentic Italian cuisine in a brand new (newly renovated) house-style location. Loud. Fun. Delicious. Entrees are on the pricier side, but you get quality and variety. BYOB!

It was a busy night, and we were seated right at our reservation time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The menu is great and the food was delicious. Will definitely be going back.
